The Society for Creative Anachronism is divided into 19 kingdoms, geographical organized groups that hold events and organize resources for their members.

The Society for Creative Anachronism is a US based medieval reenactment group. They're quite large, claiming over 30,000 members on their website, and hold regular events all across the country. The main organization itself can't oversee all of these events personally, so kingdoms, locally organized groups that encompass a few states, have been developed to let area members run their own events.

19 different kingdoms comprise the SCA, and each of them has a King and Queen that is chosen by combat every 6 months. The kingdoms also have lots of volunteer organizers, who take care of the necessary paper work and the organization and running of the events. Each kingdom has it's own website, and the kingdoms help organize the smaller local groups that fall in their geographical zone.
